Cooking With Dena: Pumpkin Spice White Fudge
► Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/Dena ► Store: https://www.teepublic.com/user/cyborcat ► PayPal: https://www.paypal.me/cyborcat Ingredients: - 3 cups white chocolate chips - 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 ounces) - 2 tablespoons butter - pinch of salt - about 1 teaspoon vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon - 1/4 teaspoon allspice - 1/4 teaspoon cardimom - 1/8 teaspoon ginger - 2 cups toasted walnuts or pecans Instructions: 1. Spread walnuts or pecans on a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes (optional). 2. Line an 8x8" pan with aluminum foil and set aside. 3. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine all ingredients. Stir continuously until white chocolate chips have fully melted. 4. Remove from heat and transfer to the lined pan and spread it evenly. 5. Refrigerate for 3+ hours or until fudge is completely firm (I would leave it in overnight). 6. Remove fudge from pan and slice into pieces before serving.
